⚕️ Category — Health & Wellness

The tools behind practices, clinicians and people who stay on top of their health.

A working directory of health and wellness resources we've checked against real daily use, not miracle claims. Everything is grouped by what it helps you do, so you can find the right fit without signing up for ten apps first.

What's Covered

Eight categories, from the clinic to everyday habits.

Most people and practices don't need more health apps. They need one reliable tool for the job in front of them. These are the areas where good tools genuinely save time or build better habits.

The Directory

Featured resources, filtered by what you're working on.

Pick a category to narrow the list. Each entry explains what the resource is genuinely good at and who it suits, so you can rule it out fast if it isn't your fit.

How We Pick

Six questions every resource has to survive before it gets listed.

Health products are easy to over-promise. These checks filter out the ones that sound good in an ad and disappoint in practice.

01
Are the claims realistic?

No cures, no overnight transformations. We skip anything that promises results no honest product could guarantee.

02
Is the price clear and fair?

One-time or clearly stated pricing, no surprise renewals, and value that matches what you actually get.

03
Does it respect your data?

Health information is sensitive. We favour tools that collect only what they need and say how they store it.

04
Does it fit a real routine?

Five minutes a day you'll keep doing beats a programme you'll abandon in a week.

05
Is it built for its audience?

Clinician tools for clinicians, beginner plans for beginners. Each listing states who it's for.

06
Does it point you to a professional when needed?

Good wellness tools support medical care, they don't replace it. We look for that line being drawn clearly.

Questions

Before you pick anything.

How often is this list updated?
New resources are added in batches as they're reviewed, and entries are removed if they stop being maintained or change their terms. If you spot something out of date, tell us.
Can these tools replace a doctor's visit?
No. Tracking, planning and wellness tools can help you notice patterns and stay consistent, but diagnosis and treatment belong with a qualified professional.
I run a clinic or practice. Which category is for me?
Start with Clinical & Practice Tools and Telehealth. They cover scheduling, records, logging and patient follow-up.
Do you accept payment for placement?
No. Affiliate relationships and our own products are disclosed above, but they don't buy a listing on their own. Every entry has to pass the same six questions.
A tool I use isn't listed. Can you add it?
Send it over. We'd rather hear about resources from clinicians and people who've actually used them.

Not sure where to start?

Start from the goal, not the product. Tell us what you or your practice is working on and we'll point you at the two or three resources worth your time.
